How this directory works
Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 103 allows process to be served by sheriffs and constables, by people authorized by law or court order, and by "any person certified by the Judicial Branch Certification Commission." We list only that last group, and only people the JBCC shows as Active.
Contact details appear only when the JBCC itself publishes them. Under Texas Government Code §2062.003, the Commission releases contact information only for certified servers who authorized it, so many listings show a name and certification number only. If that's you, you can claim your free listing.
We do not publish reviews or ratings. Listing order: servers with state-published contact details first, then alphabetical. Featured placements, when available, will always be labeled "Featured".
